This role encompassed product development management of all of Musica Viva’s online digital resources, including editorial oversight, development and management of development team.

• Successfully initiated and project managed the onboarding of new development team for the Musica Viva in Schools online platform, overseeing sprints using agile methodologies.

• Implemented helpdesk workflow processes allowing administration staff more time to manage customer queries online systematically.

• Redeveloped and implemented a professional development online resource, leading to improved branding, student and staff satisfaction and improved the professional digital offerings of Musica Viva.
