This role involved development management of multiple concurrrent online projects, strategic advice, content planning and strategic planning of digital projects for Health.vic.gov.au, and editorial work for Better Health Channel.

• Developing content with SMEs to publish on Health.vic, and Better Health Channel.

• Successful implementation of distributed authoring project, changing publication processes to allow for greater speed and agi lity in publication across very large organisation, with historically slow turn arounds for content approval.

• Leading a large element of high stakes website transformation – bringing a static site of 85,000 pages into a dynamic content management system. Managing a small team of writers and content producers. Content was delivered on time and within budget.

• Successful stakeholder engagement across all digital projects, requiring buy -in from staff across all areas of the organisation.
